The Manager of Employee Occupational Health Services will manage the Occupational Health (OH) programs, operations and activities of Employee Health (EH) new hire process, Workers’ Compensation Claims Management (WCCM), and Transitional Work Program (TWP) for Community Memorial Health System (CMHS).
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field, Current CA RN license, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Three (3) years related experience in Employee Occupational Health, Three (3) years related experience in Worker’s Compensation and Program Management, Five (5) years managerial experience.
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field, Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN), Knowledge of Infection Control, Bilingual in English/Spanish.
