Style Guide
Please send your manuscript via e-mail to the current AOHP Journal Editor. All manuscripts must include the name(s) and affiliation(s) of author(s) and name, mailing address, phone and fax of the author to whom correspondence should be directed.

Articles should be written so that they are understandable and interesting to readers. Use no more than two levels of headings. Specialized jargon and gender-specific terms should be avoided. Articles should be written concisely, without sacrificing meaningfulness or clarity.

The use of exhibits such as photographs, tables, figures, forms is encouraged. Exhibits — artwork, tables, illustrations, photographs — should be titled and captioned, numbered in Arabic, and grouped at the end of the manuscript or in a separate electronic file. For each exhibit, a reference to the exhibit should be included in the text and preferred location of the exhibit should be indicated with a place mark noted in the article (e.g., Exhibit 1 about here).

The deadline for all submission is the last day of the quarter AOHP Journal (February 28, May 31, August 31 and November 30.). The editor will acknowledge the submission shortly after receiving it and provide preliminary feedback. Authors are encouraged to submit articles earlier than the deadline, especially if submissions are not in final form.
