Case management is a collaborative process which assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet an individual’s health needs, using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes. Must promote all areas of Occupational Health Services.

Requires an Associate's degree; FL RN license; and knowledge of state, federal and JCAHO regulations. A certified Occupational Health nurse preferred.
