Director Occupational Healthcare Services

Northern Virginia based federal government contracting firm is in search of a seasoned Occupational Health RN/OT for our Director of Occupational Medical/Healthcare Services.

This new position is responsible for day-to-day oversight and strategic guidance for our medical staffing services programs. Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Occupational Health RN/OT who has run the business end of a unit and/or managing 50+ employees
• Excellent organizational, team building and problem solving skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Business or Health Administration and five (5) years experience in managing/supervising large occupational health or other clinical programs (e.g. department head or management of greater that fifty (50) nurses or other health care providers.
