Employee Health Services Nurse

Department: Employee Health Services
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Day shift
Hours: 8:00-4:30 M-F
Job Details:  Bachelors degree is preferred

The Employee Health Services Nurse provides professional nursing evaluation and care to employees and volunteers with on-the-job injuries/illnesses, within the scope of nursing practice regulations and current policy. Provides post-offer health assessment for all new employees, insuring follow up for completion of all requirements, including immunization requirements, TB screening, urine drug screen collection with review of results, and fitness-for-duty evaluation. Works closely with Third Party Administrator in follow-up of work-related injuries/illnesses. Adheres to current Network and EHS policies and procedures in performance of job duties, including direction of EHS Physician Consultants, and established guidelines for administering workers compensation program and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

3 - 5 years general nursing
Current Arizona or other compact state RN license
Current BLS
