Our Employee Health Department is currently seeking a dynamic Case Manager to administer services for employees receiving benefits under workers’ Compensation. This position coordinates with injured employees, medical providers, and our Workers’ Compensation TPA to ensure expeditious and appropriate care. The case manager is responsible for working within the organization to determine appropriate placements for Temporary Alternate Work during the course of a work injury. The case manager will also participate in organizational safety efforts to prevent and minimize the risk of injury. Additional responsibilities include exposure evaluation, management, and follow up. Current RN license required and the ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in an Occupational Health related field, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and Certification in Occupational Health Nursing and/or Case Management.
