Ministry Health Care, with over 14, 000 employees, is a values-driven health care delivery network of aligned hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, home care agencies and many other programs and services in WI and MN.  We have an opportunity available in Stevens Point, WI for an Employee Health LEAD RN.

The Employee Health Lead Registered Nurse will provide process consultation and direction to local Employee Health Staff related to post-job-offer and annual assessments, workplace conditions, incident and injury management, non-employee assessments, wellness activities and education.  This individual will also provide local direction in collaboration with other health care providers, safety, risk management, Human Resources, Leave Management and Infection Control professionals to maintain and/or improve the overall health status of each employee.  They will ensure a safe and healthy environment and promote a healthy lifestyle which will enable provision of quality care to the patients we serve.

Current WI RN license is required.  Must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; Baccalaureate degree preferred.  3-5 years of previous team leader or supervisory experience preferred.  Minimum of 3 years of Adult Clinical Nursing required.  General Nursing knowledge and assessment skills related to Adolescent, Adult, and Older Adult client populations is needed.
