Provide medical staffing for Occupational Health Services to include injury management, employment physicals, and employer education in prevention of worksite injuries.

M.D. or D.O.  Masters in Public Health preferred.  Experience in the area of Workers Compensation, ER or Urgent Care.  Occupational Medicine Boarded or Board eligible status, preferred.  Current Colorado State Medical License and DEA.  Active or provisional staff membership of PVHS medical staff.  Level II Certification through the Division of Labor, Colorado State Government acquired within 6 months of hire.  Valid Colorado Driver's License .
