…as you perform pre-placement screenings, blood draws and employee assistance functions for Maris Grove, Pennsylvania’s newest and most upscale retirement community! Conveniently situated on 87 beautiful acres in Glen Mills – located in DE County, PA – Maris Grove is an Erickson Retirement Community.

We seek an Occupational Health Nurse to help qualify new employees and provide case management functions such as health care or follow-up treatment plans for employees suffering from illness or injury. Duties include managing drug testing, workers’ compensation and leave of absence programs. You will coordinate safety & wellness training, maintain OSHA records, and refer employees to our Employee Assistance Program or other necessary agencies. Other duties include managing vaccinations, TB screenings and other required programs.

The qualified candidate has:

• Effective Phlebotomy, verbal/written communication, problem-solving and training skills
• Knowledge of medical terms and equipment, plus basic computer proficiency
• Pennsylvania state RN licensure
• Board Certification in Occupational Health and Case Management required
• At least 2 years of related experience in an occupational health setting
• Ability to demonstrate compassion while maintaining objectivity
• Bachelor’s degree and Occupational Health Certification preferred
