Key Responsibilities:

• Provides workers’ compensation case monitoring services to external clients
• Coordinates the preparation and communication of chart/patient information
• Provides billing support, including authorization and reconciliation
• Fields initial telephone calls
• Acts as a liaison to employers, carriers, injured workers and other interested parties, as appropriate, on administrative issues
