| Student | $50 | *Must be enrolled for a minimum of 9 credit hours related to occupational
health., Student members hold a non voting status and may not hold
office. (Required to send copy of student ID to info@aohp.org or fax to 724-935-1560 ) |
| Retired | $25 | Previously active AOHP member; now non-working and retired; Non voting status and may not hold office. |
